Master Itinerary P2
[Star R] Day 1
The hotel arranged a 9 AM FUTA bus, which conveniently picked us up right at the entrance. After purchasing our tickets and boarding, we arrived in Nha Trang by 11 AM. A complimentary FUTA minivan then whisked us off to the cable station. Once we stowed our luggage, registered, and freshened up, we embarked on a half-day city tour.
➡️ We hopped into a taxi and headed to Bánh Mì Phan P3P4 for some mouthwatering Vietnamese baguettes ➡️ Next, we indulged in creamy avocado ice cream at Kem Bơ Vfruit P5 ➡️ We also visited the internet-famous grandma’s shop, P6P7, to order custom-made shoes and slippers.
The variety of baguettes was impressive, and each one was a delightful treat.
The avocado ice cream was an absolute delight, and I can’t recommend it enough.
We ordered a pair of shoes for 250K and arranged to pick them up the next day. The grandma works until 9 PM.
All these places are within walking distance of each other, making it a convenient and enjoyable experience.
➡️ We then took a taxi to the stunning Nha Trang Cathedral P8.
We stumbled upon a local event, where we were given a stool and felt a sense of sacredness as we participated.
➡️ Our next stop was the Po Nagar Cham Towers P1P9P10 via another taxi ride.
The afternoon sunlight bathed the towers in a golden glow, and we were treated to a captivating performance. The dancers, balancing pots on their heads, left us in awe.
➡️ We wrapped up our day with a taxi ride back to the hotel to check in and rest P11-14.
On the way back, we enjoyed a scenic cable car ride and caught a breathtaking sunset.
➡️ For dinner, we took a taxi to Nhà hàng Hoà Nhân Ân (Huá Rén Xuān Seafood Restaurant) P13.
The owner kindly offered us a free ride back.
The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious, perfectly suited to Chinese tastes. Don’t miss the Hong Kong-style stir-fried crab.
➡️ To cap off the evening, we took a taxi to Vinpearl Island, rode the cable car back, and took a leisurely stroll.
After a hearty meal, we wandered around the lively Vinpearl Island, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.
Accommodation: We chose Vinpearl, which is ideally located near the amusement park. The resort is tranquil and comfortable, offering unlimited cable car rides, making it a very convenient and enjoyable stay.
That half-day city tour sounds perfect for maximizing time! I especially like the convenience of the FUTA bus and minivan combo. Nha Trang seems packed with interesting spots like the cable station and city tour attractions.
This itinerary looks perfect for a short trip to Nha Trang! I especially like the balance of city tours and relaxation time. Would love to try those water activities too. Great job planning it all out!
