Round trip from Hong Kong to Da Nang: RMB 1000
Stay: 4 days and 4 nights, with a hotel stay costing RMB 1200, averaging just over RMB 300 per night. The location is fantastic, offering great value for money. The room was incredibly comfortable, and right downstairs, you’ll find a bustling walking street lined with massage parlors and charming coffee shops. It’s just a 3-minute stroll to the beautiful My Khe Beach

Transportation: Rent a motorcycle nearby for 120k VND per day. You’ll need to leave your passport as a deposit, but it’s a steal at less than RMB 140 for four days.
Currency Exchange:
Sino-Vietnamese Friendship Supermarket. I exchanged 200 RMB at the airport for initial transportation, then found a more convenient exchange point the next day. The staff there speaks Chinese, and the exchange rate is quite favorable.
Visa fee: An online application for an e-visa costs 25 USD.

Itinerary
Day 1
Enjoyed a delicious Pho lunch at Phở 29 – Phở Hà Nội. In the afternoon, relaxed at XLIII Specialty Coffee, a cozy coffee shop. Spent the afternoon soaking up the sun at My Khe Beach . For dinner, dined at Bếp Cuốn Đà Nẵng, a popular Vietnamese restaurant. I made a reservation with the owner on Xiaohongshu, which was a smart move as it was packed in the evening.

After dinner, indulged in a head wash and massage downstairs, which was both relaxing and affordable, with prices negotiable down to tens of RMB

Day 2
Took a full-day tour of the enchanting Hoi An Ancient Town. Rode a motorcycle from My Khe Beach, which took about 30 minutes on a smooth, scenic road. Don’t forget to bring sun protection! In the afternoon, visited Faifo Coffee, where the rooftop offers a stunning view of the ancient town.
Be cautious about parking; motorcycles can be towed if parked improperly, and you’ll have to pay a fine.

Avoid booking coconut boat rides from touts by the river. They took us to a deserted coconut tree-lined river, rowing for only about ten minutes, which was rather uneventful and disappointing

Day 3
Started the day with a delightful brunch at Bikini Bottom, located opposite the hotel. In the afternoon, tried the famous Vietnamese egg coffee at Nam Coffee, which was sweet and rich . In the evening, watched the sunset and sipped beer on the beach, a perfect end to the day

Day 4
Had a hearty meal, then rode to Ala Coffee Shop to buy some local coffee, recommended on Xiaohongshu. Next, ventured to a coffee shop halfway up Hai Van Pass, a bit of a journey taking about 50 minutes, but the views were breathtaking. Spent some time there enjoying the sea breeze. After dinner, tried a unique salt coffee from n salt, then flew back at night
