In the eighth year of living in Da Nang, how much would it cost to live there for a month? Based on my personal spending habits, here is my approximate monthly daily life:

❤️ Breakfast: Pho/noodles/rice rolls
40,000 VND, equivalent to 12 RMB

❤️ Coffee: I have the habit of drinking coffee in the morning
30,000 VND, equivalent to 9 RMB

❤️ Massage and hair wash: Since I’m usually busy at work, getting my hair washed three times a week is my only enjoyment. A hair wash costs 100,000 VND, equivalent to 30 RMB, and a massage once a week costs 200,000 VND, equivalent to 60 RMB.

❤️ Lunch: Eating Vietnamese food costs about 100,000 VND per person, equivalent to 30 RMB
❤️ Dinner: Vietnamese meal 50,000 VND, equivalent to 15 RMB
❤️ I might go out to eat at a nice restaurant 1-2 times a week, spending around 200 RMB each time.
❤️ I might go to a bar for a drink 1-2 times a month, spending around 80 RMB each time.
❤️ Since I started Zen practice last year, my material desires have decreased. I don’t use cosmetics, only basic and affordable skincare products. Occasionally, I get a 50 RMB manicure and 60 RMB eyelash extensions, and rarely buy clothes.
🌟 My daily living expenses are approximately 2500-2800 RMB. Adding the rent for a single apartment in Da Nang, which averages around 2000 RMB per month, my total monthly expenses are roughly 5000 RMB. When others ask me what’s fun in Da Nang, I reply that there isn’t anything particularly interesting or exciting; it’s a city very suitable for retirement, just right for lying on the beach and daydreaming, or wasting away idle hours in a small café.
There aren’t many luxury clothing brands or other options available in the market here. All you can get is the natural scenery and a slow-paced lifestyle. ☕️ For more information about Da Nang, please follow my homepage.
Living in Da Nang seems affordable and charming! The food prices are great, and having coffee in the morning sounds like a perfect start to any day. I might consider moving there someday.
