Tips
✔︎ Pham Ngu Lao Street has different charges for tourists from different countries, so be cautious; don’t easily try chatting with people on the street, as it can lead to trouble.

✔︎ Sun protection is necessary, as the average temperature in Ho Chi Minh City is 20~30 degrees Celsius throughout the year.
✔︎ 10,000 VND = 3 RMB. Local shops generally have low prices, but transactions are mainly in cash, so pay attention to the prices.
✔︎ For currency exchange : You can easily exchange money at the airport, though be prepared for higher fees. Alternatively, look for ATMs with the UnionPay logo; they allow you to withdraw cash directly from your domestic card, but with a 10% fee.
✔︎ Some museums may not have air conditioning in all areas, so it’s a good idea to bring a portable fan or a hand fan to stay cool and comfortable as you explore.
