The transportation situation feels quite inconvenient – arranging private transfers or shared rides seems like more hassle than it’s worth.

Checking the weather forecast for my travel dates reveals disappointing conditions: heavy cloud cover with high chances of rain, significantly reducing visibility.
This marks my second visit to Tokyo, and realistically, it could be many years before I have the opportunity to return again – making these current travel challenges even more frustrating.
