Before going to play, I did a lot of research, but still encountered many pitfalls. Today, I will summarize some of the precautions I encountered for everyone. Everyone can avoid these issues.

[Travel Expenses]
🍲 Meals: Approximately 200 RMB per day on average
🚘 Small group: 11,000 RMB per person (4-person small group)
👉 Rented a 7-seater business car for 8 days
💰 Includes accommodation + activities + tickets + transportation + guide
📇 Visa: 1,263 RMB
✈️ Round-trip flight: 8,000 RMB (booked 3 months in advance)
💰 Total cost: 27,000 RMB per person

[My Suggestions]
❌ Suggestion 1: Do not buy travel souvenirs in Queenstown; it is really expensive here.
❌ Suggestion 2: You don’t need to exchange a lot of cash when coming to New Zealand 💵, as most places accept credit cards and domestic payment apps.
❌ Suggestion 3: Get a SIM card in advance, and make sure you have enough data, as there is no 🛜 WiFi in many places.

❌ Suggestion 4: If the weather is ☀️ sunny after arriving in Queenstown, cancel the trip to Milford Sound immediately, or you will travel a long distance to see a view that is not as good as the Three Gorges.
❌ Suggestion 5: If you are fishing by the sea 🎣, check the signs first, as exceeding the catch limit will result in a ⚠️ fine.

❌ Suggestion 6: Try to join a small group tour; seeing the large buses driving so slowly on the road, wouldn’t it be better to spend more time at the attractions? 🚌
❌ Suggestion 7: If you are not visiting in autumn, skip Arrowtown; it’s a waste of time.
❌ Suggestion 8: The toilet paper in New Zealand 🧻 is a bit thin, so it’s recommended to bring your own.

❌ Suggestion 9: For lunch, it’s best to go at 11:30 AM or 2 PM, otherwise, there will be a long queue 👭.

Wow, those expenses add up quickly! I would’ve never guessed meals alone cost that much. Good to know about the car rental tip though, might help save some bucks.
