Every passenger in the off-road vehicles is armed with a telephoto lens. Our 400mm lens, while respectable, struggles to fully capture the distant herds of zebras and wildebeests as they gallop and stir up clouds of dust.
After a full day of safari, the layers of dust covering me are so thick that I can hardly recognize myself. But this is the African savannah, where life thrives in its wild, untamed glory.
