If I opt for renting a car, how straightforward is parking in the city? And is there any significant risk of break-ins that I should be concerned about when leaving my vehicle unattended?
The main attractions on my itinerary include the stunning La Jolla Cove, the iconic SeaWorld, and the historic charm of Old Town. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
