After a delightful trip to Villasimius, I found myself back in the vibrant city of Cagliari for three days of exploration. The weekends here are bustling with tourists—though Asians are a rare sight. Instead, visitors from all over Europe flood the streets, their diverse languages blending into a lively symphony that echoes through the city.

At Su Cumbidu, my taste buds were treated to an unforgettable feast: a succulent roasted suckling pig for 18 euros and a massive steak 🥩 for 20 euros that could easily satisfy even the heartiest appetite. For dessert, the cantaloupe paired with Parma ham was a masterpiece priced at 10 euros—an absolute must-try for its unique and divine flavors.

In the heart of the city lies a charming Chinese restaurant called Yummy, just steps away from the train station. The owner, originally from Wenzhou in Zhejiang, greets every Chinese guest with warmth and kindness. When I visited, she not only shared invaluable insights about the area but also introduced me to a local friend who kindly offered to be my guide. Truly, there’s nothing quite like the bond of Chinese helping Chinese 😄
