During the Spring Festival, I embarked on a 7-day road trip across the US, covering an incredible 3,600 kilometers. Renting this nimble BMW 430 was undoubtedly the best decision I made. On the final day of our journey, we took on the iconic Highway 1, racing from San Francisco to Los Angeles in one exhilarating day.
We managed to see every scenic spot along the way, savor every meal, and even tackled a sudden detour when a section of the road was closed—adding over 100 kilometers to our already adventurous route.
The handling of this BMW is nothing short of extraordinary. At high speeds, it remains astonishingly stable, and those 18-inch wheels gave me the confidence to navigate less-than-perfect roads without a second thought. There were moments when I even opened the sunroof to let the fresh air in, adding a touch of spontaneity to the drive.
