⛰️ Standing high above the mountains and sea in Xiamen, I fell in love with this hidden gem that remains less popular and uncrowded. The summit offers an unparalleled view of the sunset melting into the horizon, with the ocean stretching endlessly below.
What truly left me awestruck was the moment when the sun dipped close to the horizon, bathing the colorful rooftops in golden light. It felt like stepping into a dreamy scene straight out of a Studio Ghibli film.

While many visitors flock to the famous corners for their photos, I stumbled upon a secret path leading to my favorite spot. The view here is equally mesmerizing—if not better—and you can even drive right up to it! Simply head to Zhurong Garden and keep an eye out for the small trail on your right as you go along.

‼️ A few tips before you go: Bring a jacket, as the temperature drops significantly after sunset, making it chilly. Mosquitoes are abundant, so insect repellent is essential. Be sure to check the tide schedule; the sea appears bluer during high tide. And finally, pick a sunny day for optimal photo conditions!
