I’ve finally landed in 🇧🇷 Brazil, the 44th country on my travel list!
With 9 days at my disposal, the plan is to explore just the southern part of this vast nation (São Paulo, Campo Grande, Bonito, Pantanal, Iguaçu, and even a quick stop in Paraguay). The northern treasures—Rio, Brasília, Salvador, and the stunning Lencois Maranhenses—are reserved for my next visit when I’ll have more time to savor them.
Given the limited time, I’ll mostly be hopping from place to place via ✈️, so I won’t get the chance to enjoy the local bus experience 🚌 this time around. However, for a small but breathtaking triangle (Campo Grande – Bonito – Pantanal), I’ll be renting a car and driving myself, allowing for some freedom to soak in the beauty along the way.
