Pet-Friendly: It’s essential that the property allows pets, as we have a well-behaved cat who is very gentle and does not cause any damage.
Parking: We own a car and require one dedicated parking space.
Lifestyle: We are both clean and tidy individuals with excellent hygiene habits. We do not host parties and prioritize a quiet, respectful living environment.
Regulations: We are committed to adhering to all rental regulations and maintaining a positive relationship with our landlord and neighbors.
Move-In Date: We are planning to move in on April 9th.
