The start of the school season is here, and I’m diving into my first-ever Southern Hemisphere summer. Over the weekend, I ventured to the charming Oyster Bar in Glenelg, a place buzzing with vibrant energy. There, I indulged in three different types of oysters, each offering a unique taste experience.

The pink ones, in particular, were an absolute delight—rich, briny, and utterly delectable. Savoring them alongside a crisp glass of Riesling, gazing out at the endless sea, and basking in the warm sunshine, I couldn’t help but feel that this was what life is truly all about.
