The first two days were all about battling the time difference and indulging in endless eating [Pig Head R].
I have to say, the food here is absolutely perfect for someone from the northeast like me.
(Maybe it’s because I genuinely savor everything I eat [Face Pull H]. Even when I was studying in Italy, I thought every dish was a masterpiece!

I absolutely adore the coffee on page four ☕️—it has this subtle hint of cinnamon that truly sets it apart, showcasing why this country is such a powerhouse in coffee production [Thumbs Up R].
And let me tell you, the beef tripe soup on page eight is an absolute must-try!
