Begin by entering through the left-hand side entrance on the first floor as shown in Figure 2. Once inside, head straight for the elevator on your right. Ascend to the 14th floor, where you’ll find the Venezuelan Consulate just moments after stepping out of the elevator. The process is impressively efficient—after submitting all necessary documents and undergoing a swift review, your visa will typically be issued within half a day to a full day.

5. A complete printout of your hotel reservations.
6. Bank statements from the last three months, including a separate translation into Spanish.
7. An official deposit certificate printed directly in English.
8. Employment verification—this includes printing an electronic copy of your employment letter, providing a separate Spanish translation, and notarizing it.

Conveniently, the notary office is located just across from the visa office. Simply join the queue, submit your documents for notarization, pay the fee, and receive your stamp. The entire process costs 8,400 COP and is completed swiftly.
9. Two passport-sized photos (3×4 cm) with a white background.

10. A concise explanation letter drafted in a Word document. This should briefly introduce yourself and outline the purpose of your visit to Venezuela. Be sure to print this out before your appointment.

As a result of this application, I was granted a multiple-entry visa valid for one year, allowing stays of up to 90 days per entry.
