Hiking in the breathtaking Torres del Paine in Patagonia, where the three majestic towers of Paine stand tall, is an adventure that becomes even more enchanting after a fresh snowfall. As I descended the mountain under the warm embrace of the evening glow and the dazzling expanse of the Milky Way, I couldn’t resist capturing the celestial dance with my phone (Figures 16, 17, 18).
The actual view on site is nothing short of spectacular, with the Milky Way shimmering like a river of stars and countless satellites zipping across the night sky at incredible speeds.
