Unboxing it on Chinese New Year’s Day was a charming touch, and the thoughtfulness behind it is truly appreciated. The sticky notes are perfect for jotting down quick reminders, while the pencil and pen are ideal for my daily writing needs.
The extra-large, high-quality notebook is a real standout; it feels like I won’t need to buy any more notebooks for my two years of study [doge]. The inclusion of a delicate small notebook adds a sense of ceremony and elegance. And let’s not forget the adorable koalas—a big one and two little ones. These have become my new bedside favorites [sly smile R].
The package also includes a helpful guide to navigating Adelaide, which is incredibly thoughtful.
Preparing for the departure was a nerve-wracking experience (。ŏ_ŏ). From sorting out clothes and luggage to figuring out accommodation, SIM cards, and bank accounts, it felt overwhelming. However, the travel guide that came with the package was a lifesaver. It provided a comprehensive overview of Adelaide, making everything much clearer and giving me a more concrete understanding of the city.
The rush was intense, as the first semester starts very early, and I had to leave on New Year’s Day. The most crucial items for preparation were my passport, copies of ID, and one-inch photos. In the end, I started my preparations about half a month in advance, and there were still many small details to manage.
