After graduation, I only had my master’s degree certified. Recently, however, a company’s background check required me to quickly provide an undergraduate degree certification as well. After submitting all the necessary documents to the Ministry of Education Service Center, the reviewer sent an email stating that merely providing a PDF of the diploma was insufficient; they also requested that I log in to My Equals using the school-provided account and share the original electronic certificate link.

This is not the main issue [disdain R].

The crucial point is‼️‼️ My student account had expired (automatically canceled one year after graduation), leaving me unable to log in to My Equals. Therefore, it is absolutely essential, must, must, bind your My Equals account to your personal, frequently used email address 💣💣 and set it as the primary account!! Not the school email address 💥💥💥💥, or you will face the same predicament and be unable to log in.
With the student account expired, I had to send an email 📩 to the school requesting authorization to reactivate the dormant account (with only 7 days of access). The email needed to clearly explain the reason for reactivating the account, such as for third-party institution certification. After sending the email, I didn’t hold much hope, 😥 thinking there might be no response or it would take ages.
To my surprise, I received a reply the very next morning 😢. The efficiency was truly impressive; it seems the merger with the University of South Australia has indeed strengthened the staff 💪. Following the steps outlined in the email, everything was completed swiftly and smoothly! It went surprisingly well [sneaky laugh R].
