While it’s true that you don’t have to travel all the way to Komodo to see the famous Komodo dragons, a visit to Komodo National Park is still an unforgettable experience. However, it’s worth noting that the lizards in the park sometimes seem a bit lackluster and less energetic. In contrast, the Surabaya Zoo is often praised for its impressive collection of these magnificent creatures, offering a more vibrant and engaging encounter.
I had no idea the Surabaya Zoo was such a great place to see Komodo dragons! It sounds like they really bring out the best in those amazing animals. I might check it out if I ever can’t make it to Komodo Island. It’s good to know there are other options.
