Pretending to See Kilimanjaro: A Unique Travel Experience & Bucket List Adventure

Quick update for your travel plans: The iconic rooftop at Kilimanjaro Wonders Hotel is currently closed during off-season, with the bar service temporarily relocated to the vibrant poolside area below. While you can still access the rooftop, don’t expect much – it’s pretty deserted up there these days! (Cue the laughter 😆)

Lucky for us, we got to experience the breathtaking views at Kimana already – otherwise this temporary closure might have been a real disappointment. The silver lining? The pool bar creates a fantastic alternative atmosphere for sunset cocktails! 🍹✨

Remember to check their social media for reopening updates if you’re dreaming of those panoramic views. Meanwhile, the ground-level amenities still deliver that signature Kilimanjaro hospitality!

Haha, that sounds like a bummer about the rooftop but the poolside view could be fun too! Lucky for me, I haven’t put climbing Kilimanjaro on my list yet – maybe next time!

Kilimanjaro looks incredible! I can’t believe you “pretended” to see it from that angle. That view is definitely bucket list material. Nature really knows how to put on a show.
